Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of ConvertFastHub (convertfasthub.com), operated by ConvertFastHub. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund Policy also apply.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, and of legal age in your country (or have a parent's or guardian's permission) to buy a Pro subscription.

ConvertFastHub converts video, audio, image and document files between formats. The free plan allows 10 conversions per 24 hours, files up to 50 MB and one conversion at a time; Pro removes the daily limit, allows files up to 1.5 GB and five parallel conversions, uses a priority queue and shows no ads. Converted files are kept for the period stated in the Privacy Policy and then deleted, so keep your own copy.

We work to keep the service available and conversions accurate, but conversions are automated and some files may not convert, or may convert with differences, especially when the formats support different features. We may change or discontinue features; if a change materially reduces what a paying subscriber receives, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel.

Keep your password confidential and tell us at [email protected] if you suspect someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it at any time from your account page.

Do not upload malware, content you have no right to process, or content that is illegal where you or we are located; do not try to get around the plan limits, overload or probe the service, or access other people's data; and do not resell the service without our written permission. Uploads are scanned automatically and infected files are rejected and deleted.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you the chance to respond first.

You keep all rights to the files you upload and to the converted results. You give us only the limited permission needed to store and process them to perform the conversion you request and to delete them afterwards. You confirm that you have the right to convert the files you upload.

If you believe a file processed through the service infringes your copyright, email [email protected] identifying the work, the material and your contact details, with a statement that you act in good faith and that the information is accurate.

The free plan is partly funded by ads from third parties, shown only with your consent. Ads are chosen by the ad network; their appearance is not an endorsement of the products they promote.

Pro is sold monthly or yearly at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe, in US dollars. Payment is processed by PayPal and the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your PayPal account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If we change the price, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

Payments are non-refundable except as described in the Refund Policy. When you subscribe you ask us to start Pro immediately and acknowledge that, as a result, you lose the right of withdrawal that consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom would otherwise have for 14 days.

When offered on the pricing page, the 24-hour pass gives an account the Pro features for 24 hours from the moment the payment is confirmed, at the price shown on that page, in US dollars. It is a single payment processed by PayPal: it is not a subscription and does not renew. A pass bought while another is active starts when the active one ends.

By buying a pass you ask for it to start immediately and acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom would otherwise have. The Refund Policy applies.

If you sign in with Google, Microsoft or Apple, or pay with PayPal, those companies' own terms also apply to your use of their services.

The website, its design, texts and logo belong to ConvertFastHub. The names of file formats and of the programs they are compatible with are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the loss of files you did not keep a copy of, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or gross negligence, or the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

We may update these terms. We will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify signed-in users before they take effect. Changes to paid subscriptions apply from your next renewal.

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator is established (Ecuador). If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and may bring a claim in its courts.
