By using ConvertFastHub, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to create an account. Anonymous, account-free conversions are available regardless, subject to the acceptable use rules below.

ConvertFastHub provides online file conversion for video, audio, image, and document formats. The Free plan includes 10 conversions per 24 hours with files up to 50MB; the Pro plan removes the daily limit and raises the file size limit to 1.5GB.

You may not upload files containing malware, content you do not have the legal right to process, or material that is illegal in your jurisdiction. Every upload is scanned for malware before processing, and infected files are rejected and deleted immediately.

The Free plan is supported in part by third-party advertising, including Google AdSense, shown once you accept our cookie banner. Ads are provided by independent advertisers; their appearance on this site is not an endorsement of any product or service they promote.

If you choose to sign in with Google, Microsoft, or Apple, you also agree to that provider's own terms of service for the sign-in itself.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; you retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

You retain full ownership of any files you upload and of the converted results. We claim no rights to your content.

If you believe content processed through the service infringes your copyright, send a notice to the DMCA address on our Contact page including: identification of the work, the material you claim is infringing, your contact information, and a statement of good faith and accuracy under penalty of perjury.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, and you are responsible for keeping your own backup of any file before uploading it.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms, including repeated abuse of the free tier.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
