Accessibility Statement

Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use ConvertFastHub, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or other assistive technology.
Standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. Every page is checked with automated accessibility testing (axe-core) before release, and key flows — converting a file, signing in and subscribing — are tested with the keyboard alone.
What we do
All functions work with a keyboard and show a visible focus indicator; a "Skip to content" link is available on every page; form fields have visible labels and errors are announced; text meets AA colour contrast; images and icons have text alternatives or are hidden from assistive technology when decorative; pages declare their language and use a logical heading structure.
Known limitations
Advertisements are supplied by Google and their accessibility is outside our control. Converted files keep the accessibility of the original file; converting cannot add, for example, tags to an untagged PDF.
Feedback
If you find a barrier, please write to [email protected] describing the page and the problem. We reply within 5 business days and, if we cannot fix it quickly, we will help you complete your task another way.
